Job Description
– Determines the required specifications for new products in collaboration with the business and technical heads
– Recommends scope of present and future product lines based on market analysis and current market placement
– Leads a cross-functional team for end-to-end product development and delivery (hardware, front-end software, server-end architecture and design)
– Determines timelines, delivery schedules and product costing
– Collaborates with marketing, sales and production teams for timely product deployment
– Integrates with third-parties to provide value added services
– Maintains product specification, design and test documents at all time to ensure product integrity and stability
– Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, actively pursuing continuous improvements to own and team skills and actively participates in professional societies
Skills and Qualification
– At least two years of working experience
– BS or MS in Electronics
– Experience with managing integrated solutions (hardware and software) preferable
– In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language
– Basic knowledge of budgeting and account keeping
– Good communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
