Job Description
- Oversee preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements
- Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
- Responsible for Maintenance of Wavetec Accounting activities of other regions
- Ensuring preparation and presentation of the company weekly Expense Report
- Preparation of Accounting reports as required by management
- Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting for federal and state funders, foundations, and company nonprofit’s board of directors; oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements
- Assist in Annual audits
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions
Areas of Responsibilities
To maintain and manage a proper accounting and finance function of the Company as per international and local requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Part Qualified ACCA/CA/ICMA
- At least 3 years’ experience in Accounts
- Thorough understanding of electronics industry and Accounts processes.
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
