Covid 19 Announcement

We wanted to provide you with an update on Wavetec’s preparations regarding the current coronavirus-related global health threat, COVID-19. We are monitoring the situation closely and in real-time.

Our focus is on the safety and well-being of our employees, who are vitally important to our goal to support you and your business, as well as the communities where we operate. And on the safety of and continued service to our customers.

The Wavetec team is fully operational. Everyone has access to their emails & are available as usual on their laptops & mobile phones.

We have implemented a number of action items through our task force, including:

Instituting guidelines to limit the spread of infection and keeping our employees healthy – including work from home provisions.
Conducting ongoing and transparent communications with our employees regarding our continuing plans and preventive measures.
Implementing access restrictions at our global facilities, including strictly limiting visitor access to both our manufacturing and office facilities.
Highly restricting all Wavetec business travel.
Providing safety guidance and supplies appropriate for our field employees and the nature of their work in line with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organisation (WHO).
From a production standpoint, our company has ample global production capacity, with much of our production taking place in China and Dubai. We are also actively monitoring and managing any related supply chain issues. Like all technology providers, we are dependent on electronic componentry coming out of China & Dubai.

Our customers’ business continuity is a key priority. We want to minimise service disruptions that impact your business. Our goal is to offer the level of quality, responsiveness and support you have come to expect from Wavetec.
