Wavetec, the leading global company in Customer Journey Management, announced that Racine Unified School District (RUSD), the fifth largest school district in the state, has signed an agreement to implement Wavetec’s SafeQ Solutions to enable social distancing.
Racine Unified School District is the fifth largest school district in the state, serving nearly 19,000 students. Its culturally diverse schools prepare our students to thrive in a global community.
The solution will enable students & parents to experience a frictionless, safer and contactless journey while visiting RUSD for enrollment & transportation related queries. Wavetec’s solution will enable the RUSD team to monitor and manage occupancy limits for the administration department providing a safe environment at the RUSD amid the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond.
By placing a QR code poster at various entrances of the building and administration offices, students and parents with smartphones will be able to scan the QR code and obtain a virtual ticket. Students and parents will also be able to schedule an appointment prior to their arrival to experience a seamless waiting experience.
Students and parents can comfortably wait at a socially distant location and can even view their progress in the queue. Once a ticket is obtained, waiting persons will also be notified with real time notifications about their position in the queue.
SafeQ is powered by Spectra, an enterprise software that seamlessly integrates with all applications to minimize customer efforts across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experience. The solution also comes with real-time actionable insights, dashboards and reports enabling Racine Unified School District to better manage student flow.
Wavetec’s SafeQ solutions are specially designed to manage queues outside virtually ensuring social distancing. Our cloud platform enables efficient and productive management of queues virtually without contact.
