The Solution:
VFS TasHeel International is the joint venture of VFS Global and Etimad Modern Business to facilitate all different types of visa services provided by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 33 countries as Phase I and another 34 countries as Phase II.
To accommodate a customized request from VFS TasHeel, Wavetec has developed a state of the art Queue Management System, fully customized and integrated with a 3rd party appointment system with 45+ different flows and integrated with Wavetec’s Donatello – fully centralized Digital Signage Solution.
Wavetec’s KIOSK ticket dispenser is equipped with Barcode reader and branded to match there interior. As phase 1, Wavetec has implemented its customized Queue System in Germany, Korea, Jordan, Bahrain, UAE with Japan & Netherland in progress.
