Wavetec Dubai Office came alive with naughty laughter and innocent faces when it hosted its Annual Family Day with an initiative of bringing your child to work day so that the children visit parents workplace to get a glimpse about the work their parents do, learn some new things and have loads of fun. This initiative’s main goal was to support the challenges that our parents and families face in managing their responsibilities whereas on the other hand it reflects our obligations to future generations.

This annual event gives the children of Wavetec employees a day-long to unlock their childhood mystery behind what their parents do all day, while at the same time showing appreciation to our employees, encouraging social interaction and demonstrating company values.

Wavetec through this event hopes to express its commitment to achieving a healthy balanced ‘Work Life’ for its employees. The day begins with a company tour, where families visit the general assembly area and different departments, then carries on to a range of team building and children activities, thus wrapping the day with a wonderful family meal that nurtures the relationship between families and staff.

At the end of the day the goal is to have happy parents and children, and kids that want to follow the career path of their parents and look upon them as their role model.
